Our 20 kW, 10 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers deliver extreme cutting speeds, narrow kerf widths, and clean edge quality across a broad range of material thicknesses.

20,000-Watt Cutting Power Pierces heavy carbon steel plate up to 2.0 inches (50 mm) thick with minimal heat-affected zones.
Linear Motor Dynamics 4.2 G acceleration rates and positioning repeatability within ±0.015mm ensure extreme part consistency.

3D Multi-Axis Structural Tube & Profile Laser Cutting

Our Bystronic M3 FL300 system transforms raw structural piping, tubing, and open profiles into ready-to-weld components.

3D Bevel Head Performs 45° miter cuts, countersinks, and weld-prep bevels in a single automated pass, eliminating secondary grinding.
Broad Profile Geometry Handles round tubing, square HSS, rectangular tubing, C-channel, H-beams, and L-angle iron from 0.75″ to 12″ in diameter.
Advanced Quality Sensors Integrated LaserScan technology compensates for material warping, while Optical Seam Detection keeps cuts away from raw weld seams.
